Validate Product Performance

AMI helps you predict and improve product performance. Optimize your product with our design verification services featuring analysis, testing and validation. Our integrated analysis and test procedure creates a more realistic, proven model. The initial analysis predicts how components should respond, while testing shows how they actually do respond when physically stressed—enhancing our knowledge of performance conditions.

We begin with pre-test planning, simulated by analysis. This ensures that items of interest can be accurately measured, and the best excitation and measurement locations are selected based on the pre-test model. Next, we develop our test method. We design prototypes, identify lab equipment and engineer unique test fixtures to validate the pre-test model.

With our test method finalized, we acquire test data and process it into engineering data. Then we compare the analytical model results against the test data, and validate the data through correlation methods. The final step is model updating. If the analytical model results do not match the test data, the model is refined until there is a match.

Once analysis, testing and validation are complete, we work side-by-side with you to recommend design improvements. Our testing and analysis provides you the foundation you need to predict performance throughout the lifecycle of the product.
