Optimize Equipment Design

AMI designs and builds state-of-the-art machines and equipment to suit your specific needs. We can design or modify a piece of equipment for you to use in-house to manufacture your own products, or a machine for sale to other companies. AMI’s structured process ensures understanding of your specifications, and leads to a solution with your desired result in mind.

We begin by defining your objective, clarifying the design, establishing user requirements, identifying constraints and establishing functions. To create the conceptual design, we establish design specifications and generate design alternatives. By analyzing, testing and evaluating the conceptual design options, we complete the preliminary design.

We then refine and optimize the preliminary design, documenting this with a bill of materials, fabrication drawings and specifications. Equipment build, test, debug and implementation follow. For the final touch, AMI provides operational training and documentation, including all maintenance, operations and service manuals.
