CrispyCone is a convenient, healthy, edible container that goes great with virually any type of food and fits right in the palm of your hand. The cones are seamless and drip free so there is hardly ever a mess. Conics came to AMI to help increase the efficiency and output of its patent pending dough forming machine.

Solution:

AMI designed and developed a new machine that is critical in the formation of the unique shape of Conics products. This machine increased Conics production capacity from 950 cones per hour to more than 3,000 cones per hour. The new machine also has the potential to be set up in a fully automated environment due to the addition of a Programmable Logic Controller that can monitor and control its functions.
